2) Why we collect your data

  1. For purposes related to navigation and management of this website or:
  • protect the security of the website and users and to prevent or unmask fraud or abuse to the detriment of the website;
  • verify and guarantee the correct functioning of the website and its functions also through third parties;
  • collect access and navigation statistics, to improve the services and usability of the website (through logs and technical / analytical cookies also from third parties);

Legal basis: the provision of the website navigation service, the legitimate interest of the owner as well as the obligations under the law (Article 6.1.b / c / f of the GDPR).

Retention: the data (IP address) used for website security purposes (blocking attempts to damage the website) are kept for 30 days and are deleted immediately after their aggregation (except for any need for the detection of crimes by the judicial Authority).

The Controller guarantees the rights provided for by Articles 15 to 22 of the GDPR which include: requesting and obtaining access to personal data, rectification, erasure or limitation of their processing, as well as the right to object, in whole or in part, for legitimate reasons, to processing of personal data, to request their portability, to withdraw the provided consent/s and lodge a complaint with a supervisory authority.
